Franco's Landscaping started not as a company, but as a dream and a father's dedication. Jose Franco began this business in the early 2000s as a side hustle, maintaining a single property in Rancho Santa Fe. When that homeowner moved to Encinitas, they asked him to continue caring for their new property — a true testament to his quality of work and character. Over time, word spread along Hawk View Drive, and one by one, neighbors began hiring him. Before long, he was servicing over 10 houses on that same street, all through trust, consistency, and the kind of care only someone passionate about their craft can deliver.

When Eduardo was 12 years old, his dad started bringing him along on Saturdays. Those weekends weren't just about landscaping — they were about learning work ethic, pride, and the value of doing things right. Through his teens and early adulthood, Eduardo explored different paths, from working at a horse ranch to accounting and finance, but landscaping was always home base. In 2019, he obtained a contractor's license and began expanding the business on evenings and weekends. By 2022, he took the leap — leaving his full-time job to dedicate himself 100% to the business his dad had started two decades earlier.
